Animus was founded by Rozda Askari and Jason Lee, who first met in the Robotics Club at William & Mary. Brings hands-on experience solving complex technology problems at scale across software engineering, cybersecurity, IoT, wireless infrastructure, and enterprise AI. Before co-founding Animus, Rozda worked at Accenture and Verizon, helping organizations adopt and operationalize emerging technologies across government systems, intelligence platforms, Fortune 500 enterprises, and global infrastructure environments. His work has centered on turning fragmented, high-volume signals into actionable systems, a foundation that uniquely positions him to guide the next major shift in enterprise computing: bringing AI agents and smart glasses into the physical workflows where real work happens.

At Lucid Motors, he worked alongside executive leadership and the Board of Directors to help scale operational systems behind next-generation electric vehicle production and delivery. Prior to Lucid, he spent nearly four years at L.E.K. Consulting advising leading technology and industrial companies on complex operational and growth challenges. His experience navigating real-world industrial systems shapes how Animus integrates seamlessly into the realities of modern construction workflows.
